서론;
급성 심근경색 환자의 관동맥내 혈전의 조직학적 소견에 따라 혈전 흡입술, GpII/IIIa 길항제, 혈전용해제의 효과는 상이할 것으로 추정된다.
결론;
증례 3 처럼 이미 혈전에 평활근 세포와 콜라겐 같은 간질성 조직이 증식된 old thrombus 경우에는 GpII/IIIa 길항제, 혈전용해제, 혈전흡입술등의 치료 결과가 만족스럽치 못하고, open heart surgery의 가능성을 고려해봐야 되겠다. 앞으로, 다수의 증례를 통해 old thrombus 진행에 관련된 요소, 적절한 치료에 대한 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
