Background: There are some study the usefulness of peripheral artery tonometry during exercise test. Nevertheless, for a variety of technical reasons, finger blood flow responses to exercise have not been well studied. The aim of this study was to know clinical characteristics of different responses during Treadmill exercise test. Method: This is prospective study a total of 176 patients(male 93(52.8%), mean age 55.2Β±10.2,) who were referred for diagnostic Treadmill exercise test. We divided two groups by amplitude ratio during exercise to baseline. The one is vasoconstrictors(ratio less than 1), the another is vasodilators(ratio more than 1) Result: See table. Conclusion: Peripheral artery tonometry during exercise may be useful for detection of peripheral endothelial dysfunction but there was no correlation between exercise induced myocardial ischemia.
