Purpose: To demonstrate the finding spectrum with use of 3D CT angiography and ECG-gated cardiac CT in patients with Behcet’s disease, involving aorta and it’s branch, heart and venous system. Materials and Methods: The finding spectrum of 17 confirmed cases in Behcet’s disease were retrospectively reviewed and categorically demonstrated with use of 3D CT angiography and ECG –gated cardiac CT. The 3D images of VR(volume rendering), MIP(maximal intensity projection) and MPR(multiplanar reconstruction) were reconstructed from axial CT data (1mm/1.5mm=scan interval/reconstruction interval) with use of domestic reconstruction software (Rapidia- Infinity, Seoul, Korea,). The cases in this study were cathegorized to etiology and lesion location. The etiology was subdivided into primary and secondary origin and the lesion location was subdivided into aorta and it’s branch, heart and venous system. Results: The involved organs were thoracoabdominal (n=8), aortic root (n=5), peripheral artery (n=1) and venous system (n=3). The imaging findings were paravalvular leakage and pseudoaneurym formation after aortic valve replacement (n=5), recurred pseudoaneurysm after surgical or aortic stent-graft (n=4), mural thrombus (n=1), pseudoaneurysm or stenosis on major branch of aorta or extremity artery (n=4) and deep vein thrombosis (n=3). In case of cardiac Behcet’s disease, the severe aortic regurgitation has been necessitated aortic valve replacement due to valve dehiscence/perforation and pseudoaneurysm formation. Conclusion: The cardiovascular Behcet’s disease showed multifocal pseudoaneurysm formation on aorta and it’s major branch, recurred paravalvular leakage and pseudoaneurym after aortic root surgery and deep venous system thrombosis.
